Sarah Hamilton grew up in Denver and spent five years living in West Hollywood, the heart of LA and birthplace of the Megaformer! She has been a certified Megaformer instructor since September 2021. She has gone through vigorous trainings at 3 studios, including a certification through Lagree Fitness.  

Clients love her for her upbeat attitude and unwavering attention to detail when it comes to form and technique.
