AMPLIFY Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AMPLIFY, a Lagree Fitness studio. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and participation in our SMS communication program. By signing up for our fitness programs or SMS campaigns, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to join or have parental consent. Your membership is personal and non-transferable.
  • Payments & Fees: All membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel or pause your membership, please provide written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Facility Rules: Members are expected to adhere to gym etiquette, including but not limited to proper use of equipment, respect for others, and cleanliness. Misconduct may lead to membership termination.


2. SMS Communication Program

As part of our services, AMPLIFY offers an SMS program to keep you informed and motivated. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to our services.

Program Name: AMPLIFY SMS Campaign

Message Frequency: You can expect to receive 4-6 messages per week depending on your usage and attendance, including but not limited to:
  • Class schedule updates
  • Class and Event reminders
  • Exclusive promotions and offers
  • Studio closures and updates

Product Description: The AMPLIFY SMS program is designed to keep you updated and engaged with personalized fitness content, class information, and exclusive offers.

Customer Care: If you have any questions or need support, contact us at sweat@amplifylagree.com or reply “HELP” to any of our messages for assistance.

Opt-out Information: 
  • To opt-out of the SMS program at any time, reply “STOP”. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us.  
  • Reply HELP for additional messaging help 
  • For single-message programs, you will receive only one message upon opt-in, and no further action is required unless you wish to opt out for future communication.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your provider for details. Message frequency may vary based on usage.

Associated Costs: Participation in the SMS program is free from our end, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier, including text message fees and data rates.
