Sarah brings a blend of West Coast energy and expert Megaformer training to Rochester. Sarah is originally from Denver, and spent five years in West Hollywood, the birthplace of Lagree, where she truly found her passion for the workout. She's been a certified Megaformer and Lagree Method instructor since 2021, and honed her skills at Pilates Platinum in Hollywood.
Sarah's infectious enthusiasm and unwavering focus on proper form will push you to new limits. She's known for her upbeat energy and ability to create a challenging yet supportive class environment.
Before dedicating herself to Lagree, Sarah worked in medical and pharmaceutical sales, primarily within mental health. Sarah is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals. Driven by a desire to empower others, she brought Lagree to Rochester, offering a fitness solution that helps clients feel stronger, more confident, and uplifted by a supportive community.
Outside the studio, you'll find Sarah exploring the local culinary scene, recording long walks on Strava, hosting themed parties, and spending quality time with her cat Alfred and partner Emmett.
