Participation does not guarantee employment at AMPLIFY

The instructor’s final community class will serve as their official audition for employment at AMPLIFY. Performance during this class will be evaluated as part of the hiring decision

All instructors who are offered a position at AMPLIFY will begin on the substitute list

AMPLIFY reserves the right to withhold employment offers after training if the attendee is not prepared to take on teaching responsibilities

OFFICAL LAGREE LEVEL 1
CERTIFICATION

3 Day Intensive with Lagree Master Trainer Carina Hodgins

Teach at ANY Lagree studio worldwide

Access to Lagree Academy online database and custom training paper workbook

Anatomy, form, alignment, and proper muscle recruitment for each exercise

All essential Lagree Fitness exercises, including how to advance and modify and to how and when to make personalized adjustments

Frameworks for cueing and sequencing effective routines

AMPLIFY TEACHER TRAINING

2 Day Intensive with Sarah, owner of AMPLIFY, and Miranda, Lead Instructor

- Commanding the room and presenting with confidence
- Mastering effective form correction techniques
- Delivering clear and concise instruction
- Optimizing class flow and utilizing studio space effectively

Additional Requirements:

5 shadow classes (watch another instructor teach)

5 practice classes (teaching to other instructors or friends)

5 community classes (start teaching to the public)

Instructors have flexibility in scheduling these training opportunities to fit their own availability. Instructors are also welcome to use the studio on their own time to practice outside of scheduled classes. We anticipate it will take about 2-3 months total to complete the program.

PREREQUISITES

Must be familiar with the Lagree Method and have completed at least 10 classes at AMPLIFY 

This program combines a paid Lagree Fitness Level 1 Certification with an internal AMPLIFY Teacher Training program. This training is designed for individuals who are committed to teaching at AMPLIFY after completing the program

Preparation for the in-person immersives begins prior to the training with self-study through a virtual learning platform
